CHICAGO – Taiwan is the focus for the Asian Pop-Up Cinema this upcoming Saturday and Sunday, March 23rd and 24th, as Season 18 kicks off. CHICAGO – Wednesday, March 20th, will begin Season 18 of Chicago’s Asian Pop-Up Cinema (APUC), a film festival that has grown and evolved to become a prime cultural influencer. CHICAGO – A hugely successful Season 16 of Sophia’s Choice Asian Pop-Up Cinema concludes this weekend … April 15th & 16th … with four films from Taiwan, part of the Taiwan Cinema Showcase. CHICAGO – Out of the gate for Fall film fest time is the milestone 15th Season of the Asian Pop-Up Cinema (APUC). This season is taking “the show on the road” with screenings around Chicagoland and their diverse communities.
