Film Review: ’Transformers: Rise of the Beasts’ is Clanky Calamity
Submitted by PatrickMcD on June 9, 2023 - 1:23pmCHICAGO – When it comes to bad movies there are three types … fun bad, memorably bad, and ordinary bad. “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” belongs in the latter category. It’s a clinking, clanking calamity that fails on almost every level, which is about par for the course when it comes to this series.
Blu-ray Review: Goofy ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ is Worth a Look
Submitted by PatrickMcD on September 27, 2017 - 11:29amCHICAGO – Knock me over with a feather kids, but I enjoyed “Transformers: The Last Knight.” Maybe it was in comparison to the others or maybe director Michael Bay has beaten me into submission, but this one had the right story elements and casting to make it work, with exceptions of course. It’s goofiness is its charm, and it was released on Blu-Ray/DVD on September 26th, 2017 (Digital HD already available).
