Here is the synopsis for “Fanboys”:

It’s the Halloween party they’ve all been waiting for: to have fun with friends and hang out with fellow “Star Wars” fans and partners in crime. However, events take a turn when one of their bunch who long ago outgrew his old gang and took on adult responsibilities is suddenly in their midst again.

Reconnecting is not easy, but soon Eric, Windows, Hutch and Zoe realize that Linus will not live long enough to experience what has been on their minds for ages: the long-awaited theatrical release of “Star Wars, Episode I: The Phantom Menace,” which is still several months away.

Fanboys

I waited in line for over 4 hours at Navy Pier to watch the first TDK prologue in IMAX. Yup, 4+ hours for less than 6 minutes.

geek story

I am and forever will be an X-Phile. That’s the name they give to X-Files fans. So once there was a trivia contest held by Borders books to see who knew the most about the X-Files. I was about 15 at the time, so i entered I won two rounds and managed to get my picture and an article in the X-files Official Magazine. I still have it with me to this day and Im 26 years old now. heh.

im such a star wars fan that from me watching it around my son, now he has gotten hooked. he is only 5 years old. he’s got all the movies, all the newer games. toys. i think its actually pretty awesome. ive been waiting to see this movie years now and every time i see it get pushed back even longer i get a little sad. i play world of warcraft for i dont even know how many hours a week. So what makes me a geek? well my lifestyle. and im proud to be a geek.

I am such a huge Star Wars

I am such a huge Star Wars Fan, That I have my own Fett costume, A Trooper costume for my oldest son, and a Jawa costume for my other son. We watch the movies on Spike when they are on and the cartoons on Cartoon network. I too am proud to be a geek.
