CHICAGO – Music producer and “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson got up close and personal with the HollywoodChicago.com lens before his book signing on Dec. 3, 2008 for “Randy Jackson’s New You Plan” at the Borders on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue. Jackson said at the book signing: “We did all right, dog.”

In addition to being one-third of the “American Idol” judging panel, Grammy Award-winning rock bassist Randy Jackson is also the executive producer of “Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew”. He also was as a narrator in 2008’s “Soul Men” with Samuel L. Jackson, Bernie Mac and Sean Hayes. Our exclusive portrait of Randy Jackson is below.
