CHICAGO – Patrick McDonald of HollywoodChicago.com appears on “The Morning Mess” with Scott Thompson on WBGR-FM (Monroe, Wisconsin) on November 12th, 2020, reviewing the new horror comedy “Freaky,” featuring Vince Vaughn, Kathryn Newton and Alan Ruck.

HollywoodChicago.com Oscarman rating: 4.5/5.0
Rating: 4.5/5.0

In “Freaky,” Vince Vaughn portrays the “Blissville Butcher,” a serial killer who targets teens, ala Jason from “Friday the 13th.” When he attacks a outsider teen named Millie (Kathryn Newton), a mystical occurrence takes place that allows their bodies to switch. Yep, the Butcher is Millie and vice versa, like “Freaky Friday.” In theaters.

“Freaky” is in theaters everywhere on November 12th. Featuring by Vince Vaughn, Kathryn Newton, Alan Ruck, Katie Finneran and Celeste O’Connor. Written by Christopher Landon and Michael Kennedy. Directed by Christopher Landon. Rated “R”
