Here’s a description of the new film, which is scheduled to open on June 6, 2008.

Oscar-nominated actor John C. Reilly (“Chicago,” “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby”) and Seann William Scott (“American Pie”) lend their deft comedic touch to the story of two mid-level Chicago supermarket employees – Doug and Richard (a dubious new guy from Canada) – who compete ruthlessly for a coveted managerial post.

Doug and Richard couldn’t be more different, but going head to head in a contest of wits and will reveals how they have more in common than they thought. The duo battle toward a hilarious final showdown that will leave you guessing until the very end. The film is the directorial debut of Steve Conrad (writer of “The Pursuit of Happyness”).

Stiffler is funniest

How can you not pick “The Stiff”? He is the master of dick jokes and he banged Granny. I dig John Reilly and think he’s really funny but Seann William Scott has already established himself as the “perve clown” of the industry. If were casting a movie and I needed someone to deliver that knockout disgusting line, Stiffler gets the nod. His face just screams “Blow me Asshole”.

Sean William Scott is funnier

I worked on this film with my kids and he was hilarious, even thought my 17 yr old daughter was 25 and hit on her! Best day of her life! He was really funny trying to get himself out of that one! I just gotta go to this premiere!!

Just Saw it

Just saw the movie, I really liked it, kinda the feel good type of movie, but especially because my daughter Abby plays Christine Welhner (John C Reilly’s daughter in the film) so it was fun to see her on screen!
