Here is the plot description for “Warrior”:

Rising stars Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton command the screen as two estranged brothers facing the fight of a lifetime in Lionsgate’s “Warrior”: a moving and inspirational action/drama from acclaimed director Gavin O’Connor (“Miracle”).

Haunted by a tragic past, U.S. Marine Tommy Conlon (Tom Hardy) returns home for the first time in 14 years to enlist the help of his father (Nick Nolte) to train for Sparta: the biggest winner-takes-all event in mixed martial arts history. A former wrestling prodigy, Tommy blazes a path toward the championship while his brother, Brendan (Joel Edgerton) – a teacher who was previously a fighter – returns to the ring in a desperate bid to save his family from financial ruin.

But when Brendan’s unlikely, underdog rise sets him on a collision course with the unstoppable Tommy, the two brothers must finally confront each other and the forces that pulled them apart. They face off in the most soaring, soul-stirring and unforgettable climax that must be seen to be believed.

A rousing ode to redemption, reconciliation and the power of the human spirit, “Warrior” is also a moving testament to the enduring bonds of family. “Warrior” stars Joel Edgerton (“Animal Kingdom,” “Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith”), Tom Hardy (the upcoming “The Dark Knight Rises,” “Inception,” “Black Hawk Down”), Jennifer Morrison (“House,” “Star Trek”) and Nick Nolte (“Tropic Thunder,” “The Thin Red Line”).

The film is directed by Gavin O’Connor. The screenplay is by Gavin O’Connor, Anthony Tambakis and Cliff Dorman. The story is by Gavin O’Connor and Cliff Dorfman.

Why can’t we have both family and fame and fortune. I know if I had fame and fortune more and more family would show up!

Family v. Fame

I would take fame and fortune but mostly for the fortune part. Everyone in my family would agree because it the end we would all share it.

Fame/Family or fortune/Funds

Family can haunt you the rest of your life and money does not make you happy. You can take it from there.

Family of course

Money supports your needs and desires, so does family, but I’ll choose the one that’s there no matter what…

Family or Fortune

Always family. No question. Fame can’t care for you. Family does.

Family - Every time. There

Family - Every time. There is no competition there.

Fame vs Family

I would take the Achillean approach to fame. Achilles knew he was going to die, but he would be remembered and famed forever. I figure, you’ve spent most of your time with your family, but you have to break away sometimes if you are to achieve your own greatness.

I would choose family.Even though I bet it’s a hard choice when it’s real just because everyone wants to do something with their life. But life without family is empty.

Family all the way. If your family loves and supports you , you have all the fame you’ll ever need and have more fortune than you’ll ever want.
