CHICAGO – In our latest sci-fi/thriller edition of HollywoodChicago.com Hookup: DVD, we have 10 DVDs up for grabs in advance of the home entertainment release of “Skyline,” which is co-directed by the Chicago visual effects masters Colin Strause and Greg Strause!

The Strause brothers directed “Alien vs. Predator: Requiem”. Their company, Hydraulx, has provided visual effects for “Avatar,” “Iron Man 2,” “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” and “300”. The brothers grew up in the Chicago suburb of Waukegan, Ill.

“Skyline” stars Eric Balfour, David Zayas, Donald Faison, Scottie Thompson, Brittany Daniel, Crystal Reed, Neil Hopkins, J. Paul Boehmer, Tanya Newbould, Pam Levin, Phet Mahathongdy and Tony Black. “Skyline,” which was written by Joshua Cordes and Liam O’Donnell, opened on Nov. 12, 2010. The film comes to DVD and Blu-ray on March 22, 2011.

Here is the plot description for “Skyline”:

In the sci-fi thriller “Skyline,” strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles. This draws people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth. The film is executive produced by Brett Ratner, Ryan Kavanaugh, Tucker Tooley, Brian Tyler and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones.

If life were to end in 10 days, I would live it up!!! and make sure I enjoyed every single second of my last 10 days. I would try and travel during those 10 days and be with family and friends!! I would get everything in that i possibly could before my life ended !!!!

What I would do if my life were to end in 10 days

First of all-NEVER SLEEP-take everyone I love on a long private cruise for 9 days and then help plan the party to celebrate my life!

If I had ten days left to live I would eat a good dinner, have lots of sex, and race through the streets of Chicago in a really fast car.
