Margaret Cho to perform at the Chicago Theatre on April 26, 2008 with VH1's Liam Sullivan

Stand-up comic Margaret Cho returns to the Chicago Theatre to laugh patrons out of their seats one more time. She’ll assuredly revisit the themes that make her hilarity famous including ridiculing her mom, gay rights and strong political and cultural commentary.

Cho regularly reminds her audiences that she’s not fluent in Korean by mocking the accent of native-born speakers. She performs with comedian Liam Sullivan (who currently stars in the VH1 series “I Hate My 30s”).

Perhaps what’s most comical about the career of David Alan Grier is that despite his “Jumangi,” “Tales from the Hood,” “In The Army Now,” etc. work, his name – for those who know it – still remains synonymous with his sketch work back in the early 1990s on “In Living Color”.

To remind you he can crank out the funnies in the now just like he could yesterday and to thank the high heavens his consideration for the role of George Costanza on “Seinfeld” fell through, Grier stands up to be judged on March 14 at the Chicago Improv in Schaumburg.
