CHICAGO – Lori Petty will never be predictable, nor put into some show business box. The free-wheelin’ Ms. P applies her expansive performance skills to the role of Lolly – a guest spot that turned into a recurring character – on Netflix’s hot series “Orange is the New Black,” which released its third season on June 12th, 2015.
Law & Order: Los Angeles
CHICAGO – We all saw this one coming. NBC has officially canceled “Outsourced,” as we predicted they would, following the cancellations this week of “The Event” and “Law & Order: Los Angeles.”
CHICAGO – One of the weirdest pre-upfronts weeks in a long time continues as sources are reporting that NBC will renew “Parenthood,” as HollywoodChicago.com predicted, but will not include the already-buzzed “Wonder Woman” when their schedule is announced on Monday.
We got these two right. In our feature earlier this week predicting what would happen at the NBC Upfronts on Monday, we predicted that “Harry’s Law” would get a second season and that “Law & Order: Los Angeles” would not and this is exactly what TV By the Numbers is hearing has been made official (as has the expected pick-up of “Wonder Woman”).

CHICAGO – Brian Tallerico guests on Bill Moller’s show on WGN-Radio in Chicago on Apr. 9, 2011 to preview and review new shows for the next week including HBO’s “Colin Quinn: Long Story, Short,” NBC’s “Law & Order: Los Angeles,” ABC’s “Happy Endings,” and NBC’s “The Paul Reiser Show.”
CHICAGO – The revolving door of Dick Wolf’s legendary creation keeps on spinning. Cast members have come and gone from the “Law & Order” franchise for years, but this time the door only goes in one direction as Skeet Ulrich’s Detective is being killed off with no chance to return.
CHICAGO – With memories of the stalwart “Law & Order” still resonant, NBC and Dick Wolf have packed up their bags and headed to the west coast for “Law & Order: Los Angeles.”
