Based on the comic book series “Justice League of America” published by DC Comics. The film is about Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and others of the Justice League of America, an organization made up of the world’s greatest superheroes must deal with the expulsion of Batman and the death of Superman at the hands of the monstrous Doomsday.

The original spoilers I’d read mentioned the OMACs, which might be involved with Batman’s expulsion. But it also said that film opened with a funeral for the Flash (who isn’t mentioned here).

Maybe we’ll have to wait for — oh, I don’t know — the movie to actually start shooting with a finalized script.
