False. I think everyone has the ability to change their ways. For some it may be hard to let go of a criminal past since it’s was is so familiar. But, if they want it enough and work to move away from their old ways I think it is absolutely possible.

once a crook, always a crook... not necessarily true
that is how sad today’s society is. you wouldn’t believe how many people have changed their lives after prison. although there are a good majority of people that never change, there are some that take the lessons learned to make a difference in the lives of others. the real question is whether or not to trust a crook. if asking me, i would have to wait a long time before i can truly trust someone that was a criminal. but given time, i’m sure anyone can turn their life around
