memorable photo

It was back in the early nineties when my family hosted Thanksgiving at my grandma’s house. All day two of my male cousin’s (L & S) were waiting for desert (sweet potato pie), but when it was finally time to serve it all the “men” were called outside to help an aunt dig her car out of the snow. Cousin L, however, managed to hide and stay behind for pie. Later, that evening when we were taking the family photo, Cousin S was angry he didn’t get a slice and pimp slapped cousin L. You see he had convinced himself that cousin L had eaten his slice of pie. What makes the picture so memorable is that the camera clicked exactly as the slap was finishing. He looked like Homer Simpson getting knocked out by Drederick Tatum.

memorable family photo

My most memorable family photo is when I was about 6 in the 70’s. I had on a jumper with shirt with a long pointed collar, my brother with side burns, my sister with long hair and a mini-dress. We really looked like we belonged on That 70’s show.

I would say my most memorable family photo would be when I was about 5 or 6 and I was wearing an outfit my mom made for me. I really cute!
