i have been looking high and low for answers, asking questions, and theater owners are looking at me like i have 2 heads. i know when it opens, but there has been NO publicity for the theatres where boondock 2 will show. i’m going crazy! please help! i’m originally from chicago, live in bloomington, IL, but am willing to drive to minnesota if i have to to watch it.

where it it committed to be shown in chicago? i’ll be right there when it is!

And I live in Bloomington, IL too! Big need here for the movie!

Looks like a lotta Bloomington, IL folks are wanting to see this movie! Seeing that 3 people have already posted the need to see it here, I’m sure that means we represent at least 1,000 people each…AT LEAST! So, Sony, get Boondock Saints 2 All Saints Day put out here at the Wehrenberg, the Palace, or at the very least, that crappy Starplex in Normal, IL to show it. Dear Lord, at least get it put out in Peoria!

Not showing it in the Midwest before showing it in California!? Come ON! Ever hears ‘if it plays in Peoria…’? There’s a reason why middle-America is represented by Peoria! And Bloomington-Normal, Illinois (IL) is just the place to release this awesome movie!!!! Spend that Sony money where it’s gonna give you the best bang for your buck: Peoria/Bloomington-Normal IL area!! Release it here!!!

from bloomington too

wow there are a lot of people from bloomington on here, i love the first boondock saints and dont know why it isnt playing everywhere to begin with, im sure there are plenty of fans who want to go see it, and as far as peroria population wise bloomington is actually bigger than peroria (or maybe bloomington-normal is bigger im not sure which) and the fact that its not even playing in chicago is shocking, anyway they definately need to play it in more big cities and if they played it in bloomington o bet it would be tne biggest movie out right now, i gaurantee i’d see it at least twice myself and im many people would do the same
