Here is the synopsis for the 30th anniversary of “Raiders of the Lost Ark” at the Music Box Theatre:

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, the Music Box presents a digitally restored edition of “Raiders of the Lost Ark”: Steven Spielberg’s action-packed and adventure-filled homage to the Saturday matinee cliffhanger serials of his childhood.

When the allies discover the Nazis are planning to use the Lost Ark of the Covenant as a weapon, the U.S. government enlists archaeologist/adventurer Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) to locate the biblical treasure chest.

because he is the best adventurer.

True

Do I really need to explain why? Hannah Bourne says Indy can’t be stopped, he gets out of everything despite his flaws… He’s an awesome character and I mean come on Harrison Ford, every man wants to be him, who wouldn’t? And every woman wants to be with him?

TRUE: Indiana Jones....ROCKS!

It’s simply true, Why? Because it’s INDIANA JONES!

The unassuming professor who gets it done while out on adventures. He typifies the bold, free American spirit. With a dash of humor, sex appeal and cunning guile, the man has it in spades. Indiana Jones is an all time classic and when I first saw Raiders Of The Lost Ark as a 7 year old boy, wide eyed, I was mesmerized by the action and adventure on the big screen. Would love to see to again!
