Chicago is still emerging as

Chicago is still emerging as a movie city, and the audience is not numb to seeing Chicago destroyed as it is with other worldly cities such as New York, LA, Paris or London.

Chicago also has the greatest skyline of any city in the US and is absolutely beautiful, not to mention there is so much capability in terms of innovation, as the city offers so much space to use as well as history.

Chicago is perfect for because we’re photogenic at night and during the day! The Dark Knight had excellent action scenes at night. NOt all cities look so good at night and during the day.

CHI-Town Runs this Mutha.....

I believe that Chicago has some of the most memorable buildings and that people from across the globe know by name. This creates a realistic effect for destroying something that feels near and dear to many. It cannot be done in New York as this is a sensitive subject in consideration of 9/11 and would not benefit the movie in a positive light. Also, Chicago is still up and coming in within movies and a movie like Transformers should be the place to take it to a different level of atrosity. GO Transformers!!!! Make that money : )

  • Drunk History Seasons 1 & 2, 2014

CHICAGO – The awesomeness of history loses any of its stuffiness with the incredibly fun, indeed educational show “Drunk History” from Comedy Central, its two seasons now released on DVD. Hosted by its creator Derek Waters, the show is a celebration of various historic figures and their under-appreciated true tales, as expressed by funny people narrating in the universal language of inebriation; their recounts are then reenacted by famous actors working with their given dialogue, dressed with the comic cheapness of a bloated biopic.

  • Happy Christmas

CHICAGO – “Drinking Buddies” director Joe Swanberg’s latest release of the same star wattage is “Happy Christmas,” an even lower-fi story than the Olivia Wilde beer comedy, steered even more by the casting that it was able to assemble. However, with this movie Swanberg doesn’t so much worry about having a story that could be confused with a more mainstream romantic comedy if it were to have a bigger budget.
