The Trial of Superman and Superboy
Litigation is heating up regarding the lawsuit from the estate of Jerry Siegel (the original comic book creator of Superman) vs. Time Warner (owner of DC Comics). DC and Time Warner has a history of doing a screw job on Jerry Siegel (died 1996) and Joe Shuster (d. 1992), the creators of their billion dollar Supes. Let’s hope that all parties will come to a fair conclusion.

I’m vague on the details, but I thought one of the main goals of DC’s last big event mini, “Infinite Crisis,” was to write Superboy out of continuity for the trial. But “Crisis” writer Geoff Johns wrote him back in for the “Sinestro Corps” storyline, as that Wiki article clearly states. Hmm.
