There are those who say that the film world is all politics. So, get good at politics. Get to know the acquisitions executives at the major distributors who still buy movies like Patrick Gunn at Artisan or Mark Ordesky at Fine Line and the other 50 or so select people in this group and get them to your screening no matter what it takes.
