HollywoodChicago.com just learned that Chicago filmmaker Jerry Vasilatos will shoot a short film entitled “The Dark Knight Project” on June 14 and 15, 2008 (this weekend!) in Chicago on a shoestring budget.

He says the short will bridge the events between 2005’s “Batman Begins” and the upcoming blockbuster “The Dark Knight”. Read our full news story here.
