Harvey Milk is back at San Francisco City Hall

Sean Penn plays Supervisor Harvey Milk, above, on the set of the movie “Milk” at Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco on Sunday. The scene was a recreation of the 1978 Gay Freedom Day.
