On Saturday, Aug 6 “Superman: The Man of Steel” will be filming in West Chicago on Innovation Drive for a big tornado scene.

Kevin Costner is supposed to be on set, as well as other cast members.

Filming starts early, and should be an all day shoot. If you go check it out, we would love set location pictures. You can email us at admin@beforethetrailer.com

Addition filming will occur in Plano. (from triblocal.com)

“Plano Deputy Clerk Kathy Miller said Thursday that Main Street from Harve Street to Hale Street — a stretch through the heart of the city’s downtown — will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday for filming of “Autumn Frost,” the code name for the latest Superman reboot.

Additionally, the same stretch will be closed Aug. 15 from noon to 8 p.m., and from Aug. 22 through August 28 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.”
