Hello,

We are currently looking for writers that have a journalistic background and a love for films and film making.

We are looking mostly in the New York, Chicago, Michigan, Louisiana and Los Angeles areas (but will consider all locations), and preferably people that work in entertainment industry, people that have an intimate knowledge for what is occurring in the film making industry (as far as what is being filmed and where) or people that follow the latest happenings on a regular basis.

If you are in college and you are looking for something fun to do in your free time or over the summer, come check us out. You can think of it as an internship and something to add to your resume. We can write you a great letter of reference.

We are looking for people who can write articles on a regular basis for us. Writers should not only have strong technical writing skills, but should also be able to interject their personalities into what they write — whether its an article about a film that is being made, a movie review, or about a trailer, etc.

As well as writers, we are looking for people who are comfortable with going to film locations and taking pictures (or video) to post to the website. You will be representing Before the Trailer as a guest on the site and will be expected to follow a Code of Conduct.

We are also looking for confident people that may be willing to do interviews from time to time. We interview film makers and celebrities and you may be called upon to talk with people.

If you feel any or all of the above is for you or someone you may know and you are willing to do the things we need and not get paid (but have a great time) — we would love to hear from you.

You can email us at admin@beforethetrailer.com. Please send us your information and several writing samples and we will look at everything that comes in.
