This submission form is for the HollywoodChicago.com Hookup for 25 “Just Wright” admit-two run-of-engagement movie passes. The passes are good at any participating Chicago theater at the time and date of your choosing during the film’s run.

To be eligible, you must submit a valid entry in this confidential, Web-based form. You must have a HollywoodChicago.com site account and include your first and last name, e-mail address and physical mailing address when submitting this form. Your personal information, which will not be sold or shared elsewhere, will be kept strictly confidential and is only for awarding winning entries. “Just Wright” stars Queen Latifah, Common, Paula Patton, James Pickens Jr., Phylicia Rashad, Pam Grier, Laz Alonso, Mehcad Brooks, Michael Landes, Dwight Howard, Dwyane Wade, Rashard Lewis, Bobby Simmons Jr., Jalen Rose and Rajon Rondo from director Sanaa Hamri and writer Michael Elliot. The film opened on May 14, 2010. The winners will be selected in a random drawing. You will be contacted if you win. Our “Just Wright” movie passes will be mailed to the winners at our expense.
